Hi David! That’ll depend on your specific machine; check your device manual to see what your manufacturer says, and make sure you always confirm the power specifications on your device’s power supply! If your device states that it’s dual voltage (120V-240V), you may only need an adapter for the actual plug.

I called Marshall at customer service and he resolved the issue !! He called Phillips, the DME, and me several times to insure the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied. Marshall is a super person and terrifically good rep.
