My Dr sent an order for C PAP and supplies to the company in Lexington Ky.
After 14 days I contacted company in Lexington as to when U could pick up supplies. The company stated they were waiting on Medicares approval. 21 days later I called Medicare and was informed there was no such inquiry
I called ROTECH of Lexington and the sales woman sad” we were just talking about you and we do not feel Medicare will pay for the supplies. “
I’ve been using C PAP for 5 years with Medicare paying the bill .
My response was “ I just spoke with Medicare and they have not received you inquiry. “
Sales women paused no response for 30 seconds and said “ok good by.”
This representative was not truthful and gives ROTECH a definite bad customer service reputation. NOT A COMPANY YOU CAN COUT ON.

Hi David! That’ll depend on your specific machine; check your device manual to see what your manufacturer says, and make sure you always confirm the power specifications on your device’s power supply! If your device states that it’s dual voltage (120V-240V), you may only need an adapter for the actual plug.
